SHAD SH58x Expandable Top Box - 58 Litres

SHAD’s SH58X motorcycle top box is a large case that employs an innovative expandable function to maximise the storage capability of your bike.

The unique SH58X features a system that allows you to interchange the capacity between 46, 52 and 58 litres, a feature that has been deservedly recognised with the renowned Red Dot Design Award and other similar accolades.

While the expandable capacity, which can transport two full face helmets along with other accessories, is the main advantage of the SH58X, the benefits of this case expand beyond its cargo carrying ability. The waterproof structure protects your belongings, ensuring they remain dry whilst internal protection is enhanced by SHAD’s premium locking system.

A carbon cover is included to enhance aesthetics at the rear of your motorcycle and create an eye-catching look, however, backrests and inner bags are sold separately.

To fit this on your motorcycle, you also need a SHAD fitting kit.

Bike back box.

Box arrived in good time and in good condition, simple to use and the extendable feature is great. I can confirm that it is definitely water proof as I was caught in a downpour on fist outing. Good quality and easy to fit I like very much.

Great top box very versatile

While the box is excellent I'm not so happy about the metal bracket the fits to the bike it seems that it was made for an earlier model than mine and does not fit without altering/ making holes in what is otherwise a brand new sx1000.
